Redeeming Your Rewards

Claim your earned rewards when you complete a stamp card

Completing a stamp card unlocks your reward. Depending on the program type, rewards are either automatically credited to your account or require a quick visit to claim your physical prize.

Types of Rewards

Businesses offer two reward types when you complete a stamp card:

Automatic Points Rewards

Points are instantly added to your loyalty card balance when you collect your final stamp.

How it works:

  1. You earn your final stamp

  2. System detects card completion

  3. Points are credited immediately

  4. You receive a completion notification

  5. Stamp card resets to 0 for reuse

Example: Complete a 10-stamp card and receive 1,000 bonus points automatically.

No action required from you—the points appear in your loyalty card balance right away.

Physical Rewards

Tangible items like free products, discounts, or services require you to visit the business location to claim.

How it works:

  1. You earn your final stamp

  2. "Collect Reward" button appears on your card

  3. You visit the business location

  4. Show your reward QR code to staff

  5. Staff confirms and gives you your reward

  6. Stamp card resets to 0 for reuse

Example: Complete a 10-stamp coffee card and receive a free large coffee at the store.

Your completion is recorded in your history, and you can immediately begin working toward your next reward.

Always claim rewards promptly after completion.

Troubleshooting Reward Redemption

"Collect Reward button doesn't appear"

Possible reasons:

Solution: Verify your stamp count matches the requirement. If it does and the button is missing, contact the business.

"Staff can't scan my reward code"

Try these solutions:

"Wrong reward was given"

If you receive something different from the reward description:

  1. Politely mention the discrepancy to staff

  2. Show them the reward description on your card

  3. Staff can verify the correct reward in their system

Mistakes are rare but can be corrected immediately.

"Card didn't reset after claiming"

If your stamp card still shows stamps after claiming your reward:

  1. Refresh your account

  2. Log out and log back in

  3. Check if the redemption was fully processed

If the issue persists, contact support with your transaction details.

Combining Rewards with Other Programs

Stamp card rewards work alongside other loyalty features:

Points rewards + Loyalty cards: Points from stamp cards add to your loyalty card balance and count toward tier progression.

Physical rewards + Points: Some programs offer both—you get points automatically AND a physical reward to claim.

Multiple stamp cards: You can complete and redeem rewards from multiple stamp cards simultaneously.
