Choosing Stamp Icons

Emoji Picker

Stamp cards use emojis as stamp icons, allowing you to choose from thousands of universally recognized symbols. The emoji picker provides easy access to the full emoji library.

To select an icon:

  1. Open the emoji picker in the Stamp Configuration tab

  2. Browse categories (Smileys, Food, Activities, etc.) or search

  3. Click your preferred emoji

  4. See live preview on the stamp card

  5. Emoji is saved with your stamp card

Icon Best Practices

Choose recognizable symbols: Customers should instantly understand what your business offers.

Ensure cross-platform compatibility: Test that your icon displays correctly on iOS, Android, and web browsers.

Consider light and dark mode: Some emojis look different in dark mode. Preview both.

Match your brand: The icon should align with your business identity and the reward offered.

Keep it simple: Avoid overly complex icons that don't scale well at small sizes.

Uploading Logo Images

Logo Specifications

Format: JPG, PNG, or WebP Size limit: 5MB Recommended dimensions: 500x500px (square) Aspect ratio: 1:1 (square)

Logo Design Tips

Use high resolution: Upload at least 500x500px for crisp display on all devices.

Square format works best: Circular or square logos display perfectly. Horizontal logos may be cropped.

Transparent backgrounds: PNG with transparency looks professional and adapts to any background.

Ensure readability: Logo should be clear at small sizes (displayed at 80-120px typically).

Brand consistency: Use your official logo for recognition and trust.

Uploading Process

  1. Navigate to the Media tab in your stamp card form

  2. Click Choose File under Logo

  3. Select your image file

  4. Preview appears immediately

  5. Adjust if needed or confirm

To replace:

  1. Click Remove on current logo

  2. Upload new image

Adding Background Images

Background Specifications

Format: JPG, PNG, or WebP
Size limit: 10MB
Recommended dimensions: 1200x600px (horizontal)
Aspect ratio: 2:1 (horizontal rectangle)

Background Design Tips

Choose relevant imagery:

Ensure good contrast: Background should not make text unreadable. Use the opacity slider to adjust.

Avoid busy patterns: Simple, clean backgrounds work better than complex patterns.

Test on mobile: Backgrounds display differently on small screens. Preview on various devices.

Brand alignment: Use images that reflect your brand aesthetic and values.

Background Opacity

Field: Background Opacity Range: 0-100% Default: 60%

Controls how transparent the background image appears.

Lower opacity (30-50%):

Uploading Process

  1. Navigate to the Media tab

  2. Click Choose File under Background

  3. Select your image

  4. Preview appears with current opacity

  5. Adjust opacity slider

  6. Preview updates in real-time

  7. Save when satisfied

Editing Existing Stamp Cards

To update visual elements on an active stamp card:

  1. Navigate to Stamp Cards list

  2. Click Edit on the program

  3. Go to Media tab

  4. Upload new images or change opacity
