You've saved or claimed a voucher—now it's time to use it! Redeeming is simple: show your voucher QR code to staff at checkout, and they apply your discount.
Open the voucher in My Cards and verify:
Still valid — Not expired
Uses remaining — Haven't hit your limit
Requirements — Note minimum purchase amount
If there's a minimum purchase:
Plan items that meet or exceed it
The voucher won't work below the minimum
Open the app or website
Go to My Cards
Tap your voucher
View the voucher detail page
Tap Show QR Code to Staff
Full-screen QR code appears
Increase screen brightness if needed
Hold phone steady for scanning
The staff member:
Points their scanner at your QR code
System validates the voucher instantly
Confirms the discount with you
Applies it to your purchase
Pay the reduced amount. That's it!
When staff scans your voucher, the system checks:

If everything passes, your discount is calculated and shown.
The system calculates your savings:
Order Total: Rs 50.00
Voucher: 20% off
Your Discount: Rs 10.00
You Pay: Rs 40.00If there's a maximum cap (e.g., "20% off, up to $25"):
Order Total: Rs 200.00
Voucher: 20% off (max Rs 25)
Calculated: Rs 40.00
Capped at: Rs 25.00
You Pay: Rs 175.00Flat amount off your order:
Order Total: Rs 50.00
Voucher: Rs 10 off
Your Discount: Rs 10.00

Updated redemption count on your voucher
Record in your voucher's redemption history
After redemption:
Single-use vouchers: Marked as used, can't use again
Multi-use vouchers: Usage count increases
Usage tracking: Your personal redemption history updates
Staff's scanner didn't read the code correctly.
Try:
Refresh your voucher page
Increase screen brightness
Clean your screen
Have staff try again
Use manual code entry instead
The voucher's validity period has ended.
Solution: Unfortunately, expired vouchers can't be used. Check for other active vouchers in My Cards.
You've already used this voucher the maximum number of times allowed.
Solution: This voucher is done. Look for other vouchers you can use.
Your order total is below the voucher's requirement.
Example: Voucher requires $50 minimum, but your order is Rs 42.
Options:
Add items to reach the minimum
Save the voucher for a future purchase
You don't meet the voucher's requirements (tier, new member status, etc.).
Solution: The voucher may be for a different customer segment. Check the requirements on the voucher detail page.
If QR scanning doesn't work, staff can enter the code manually:
Tell staff your voucher code (shown on voucher detail page)
They type it into their system
Same validation and discount process
💡 Tip: Take a screenshot of your voucher code as backup.
Open your voucher before reaching the counter. Don't hold up the line while searching.
Tell staff "I have a voucher" when you start your order. They may need to know before ringing things up.
Know the minimum purchase amount before shopping. Nothing worse than being Rs 2 short.
Screenshots work if you have connectivity issues. Staff can manually enter the code.
Some vouchers can combine with other offers or loyalty points. Ask if you're unsure.
Vouchers and loyalty points are separate systems:
Use a voucher for instant discount
Still earn points on the purchase (typically on the pre-discount amount)
Points earned aren't reduced by the voucher
Example:
Purchase: Rs 50.00
Voucher: Rs 10 off
You Pay: Rs 40.00
Points Earned: Based on Rs 50 (full amount)See all your past voucher uses:

Open a voucher
Scroll to "Your Redemptions"
History shows:
Date and time of each use
Discount received
Location (if multiple)
