Creating Vouchers

Set up individual discount codes with targeting rules, usage limits, and visual customization.

Creating a voucher takes just a few minutes. You'll define what discount to offer, who can use it, how many times it can be redeemed, and how it looks to customers.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

• At least one Club created (vouchers belong to clubs)

• Partner dashboard access

Quick Start: Create Your First Voucher

To create a basic voucher:

1. Navigate to Campaigns > Vouchers

2. Click Create New Voucher

3. Fill in the basic information:

   • Name: Internal reference (e.g., "Summer Sale 2025")

   • Code: What customers type or scan (e.g., "SUMMER20")

   • Title: What customers see (e.g., "20% Off Summer Sale")

   • Discount Type: Percentage Discount

   • Value: 20

4. Click Create

That's it! Your voucher is live and ready for customers to use.

The Creation Form

The voucher creation form has five tabs. You only need to fill out the basics—everything else has sensible defaults.

Tab 1: Basic Information

Name (required) Internal reference only. Customers don't see this. Use descriptive names like "Summer Sale 2025" or "Welcome Discount Q1."

Code (required) The code customers enter or scan. Automatically converts to uppercase. Keep it short and memorable.

Title (required) Customer-facing headline. Make it clear and appealing.

Description (optional) Additional details shown to customers. Explain any requirements or restrictions in plain language.

Discount Type (required) Choose how the discount works:

• Percentage Discount — X% off (e.g., 20% off)

• Fixed Amount Discount — Rs X off (e.g., $10 off)

• Free Product — Specific item free

• Free Shipping — No shipping charge

• Bonus Points — Award loyalty points

💡 Smart Form: The form adapts based on your selected discount type. You'll only see fields relevant to your choice—no clutter from options that don't apply.

Currency (for monetary discounts) Select the currency for your discount value. This field appears for percentage discounts (with maximum caps) and fixed amount discounts. Choose the currency your business operates in.

Discount Value (required) The amount of the discount. What you enter depends on the discount type:

• Percentage: Enter 20 for 20%

• Fixed Amount: Enter amount in cents (1000 = 10.00 in your selected currency)

• Bonus Points: Enter the number of points

Tab 2: Usage Rules

Maximum Discount Cap (optional) For percentage discounts only. Limits how much discount can be given.

Example: 20% off with a Rs 50 maximum cap. A Rs 300 order gets Rs 50 off (not Rs 60).

Minimum Purchase Amount (optional) Order must reach this amount to use the voucher. Enter in cents (2500 = Rs 25.00).

Total Usage Limit (optional) Maximum times this voucher can be used across all customers. Leave empty for unlimited.

Example: "First 100 customers only" = set to 100.

Per-Member Usage Limit (optional) Maximum times one customer can use this voucher. Leave empty for unlimited.

Example: "Limit 3 per customer" = set to 3.

Single Use Only (checkbox) If checked, each customer can only use this voucher once, ever. Overrides per-member limit.

Validity Period (optional)

• Valid From: When the voucher becomes active

• Valid Until: When the voucher expires

Leave empty for no time restrictions.

Tab 3: Eligibility & Targeting

Target Specific Member (optional) Restrict voucher to one specific customer. Useful for personalized offers like birthday discounts.

Target Member Tiers (optional) Only allow certain membership tiers to use this voucher. Select multiple tiers if needed.

Example: Only "Gold" and "Platinum" members can redeem.

First Order Only (checkbox) Only valid on a customer's very first purchase. Perfect for customer acquisition.

New Members Only (checkbox) Only customers who joined recently can use this voucher.

New Members Definition (number) If "New Members Only" is checked, define "new" as members who joined within X days.

Tab 4: Design & Tracking

Background Color Primary color for the voucher card. Click to open color picker or enter hex code (e.g., #7C3AED).

Background Opacity How solid the background color appears (0-100). Default is 85, which works well with most images.

Text Color Color for text on the voucher card. Use white (#FFFFFF) for dark backgrounds, black (#000000) for light.

Background Image (optional) Upload a custom image for the voucher card. Recommended: 800×600px, 4:3 aspect ratio.

Logo (optional) Your brand logo displayed on the voucher. Recommended: Square, up to 400×400px.

Source How this voucher was created:

• Manual Creation (default)

• Batch Generation

• Marketing Campaign

• API/Integration

Stackable (checkbox) Allow this voucher to be combined with other vouchers on the same order.

Tab 5: Display Settings

Active (checkbox) Master switch. Must be checked for customers to redeem. Uncheck to temporarily disable without deleting.

Public (checkbox) Show in customer voucher listings. Uncheck if you only want customers who know the code to find it.

Show on Homepage (checkbox) Feature this voucher prominently on the customer homepage and dashboard.

After Creating

Your voucher immediately appears in the voucher list. From there you can:

• Edit — Change settings anytime (some restrictions apply after redemptions)

• View Analytics — Track performance

• Deactivate — Temporarily disable

• Delete — Remove permanently

What Customers See

After creation, customers can:

1. Browse the voucher in their dashboard (if public)

2. View details including requirements

3. Copy the code or generate a QR code

4. Share with friends

5. Redeem at checkout
